| A. | From start to finish, usually takes 3 weeks. After we have al the paperwork from the customer, we can have a pre-approval in 3 days. If the loan is agreed upon, an appraisal and title search are ordered. Stipulations required by the bank will also be obtained. The loan often closes in three weeks from the pre-approval date. |

| A. | Yes, Wheatland Financial Group Inc. does charge a fee. It is a percentage of the loan based on credit worthiness and amount of difficulty in obtaining the loan. We do not receive our fee until the closing. This fee is taken out of the loan. No closing, no fee. Wheatland Financial Group Inc. does not charge an application fee. |

| A. | The banks that we at Wheatland Financial Group Inc. work with require a down payment in most cases but also have no money down. Excellent credit is as little as 0% to 5% down. After you agree to rate and term, we would order the appraisal and title. The appraiser would contact you in about 7-10 days.
